Refund policy
We want every kit to arrive beautifully and be exactly what you hoped for. Because our hampers are thoughtfully curated with perishable and personalised items, we're unable to accept change of mind returns.
However, your satisfaction matters to us enormously. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't as described, we'll always make it right — because that's what the right thing to do looks like, and it's what Australian Consumer Law requires of us too.
To request a return or replacement, please contact us at hello@thegiftingpantry.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll take it from there.
Please note that as many of our products are perishable, we ask that any concerns are raised promptly so we can help you as quickly as possible.
