Welcome to The Gifting Pantry. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms. We've kept them as clear and straightforward as we can — because good gifting should never come with fine print anxiety.
About Us
The Gifting Pantry is an Australian-owned and operated business based in South East Queensland. We deliver gift hampers Australia-wide.
Placing an Order
When you place an order with us, you're confirming that the details you've provided are accurate and that you're authorised to use the payment method submitted. We reserve the right to cancel any order we believe to be fraudulent or placed in error.
Once your order is confirmed you'll receive an email confirmation. Please check this carefully and contact us immediately at hello@thegiftingpantry.com.au if anything needs to be corrected.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. The price you pay is the price confirmed at checkout.
Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and may vary due to carrier delays, remote locations, or circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details at checkout. We are unable to accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Perishable & Custom Items
Many of our products contain perishable goods and personalised or custom elements. As outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy, we are unable to accept change of mind returns on these items. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
Product Descriptions
We take care to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, minor variations in product appearance may occasionally occur due to seasonal availability or supplier changes. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value where necessary, while maintaining the overall character and quality of the kit.
Alcohol
Some of our kits contain alcohol. By purchasing a kit containing alcohol you confirm that you are aged 18 years or over and that the intended recipient is also aged 18 years or over. It is an offence to purchase alcohol on behalf of a minor. We support responsible service of alcohol.
Intellectual Property
All content on The Gifting Pantry website — including images, copy, branding and product descriptions — is the property of The Gifting Pantry and may not be reproduced, copied or used without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Gifting Pantry's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. We will never sell your data to third parties.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
